The highlight of my entire stay in Harare got to be the food, these people love animal proteins a lot and it is accompanied mostly by their version of Ugali famously known as Sadza the recipe remains the same. Boiling water and cornflour. However, there is a major difference between our ugali and their Sadza, the texture. Whilst our ugali is cooked to the firmness that can be moulded in the hand, Sadza is basically thick porridge too soft to try and mould in your hand the Luhya way. Oh and I got to drink too much Pepsi soda to the extent that I missed coke.
