In March 2022, the Commonwealth came calling, they were scouting for a service provider to provide an end-to-end Hybrid Conference solution for their 21st Commonwealth Conference of Education Ministers (CCEM) a biannual event to be hosted by the Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Education. After weeks of boardroom presentations, dry run simulations and thorough planning, we meticulously delivered an innovative and highly creative solution, powered by a state-of-the-art web-based and mobile-accessible hybrid conference solution.
This included designing, fabricating and branding a custom all-inclusive event main stage, providing ambient lighting corresponding to the commonwealth branding ethos, and production lighting to enhance video and photography.
We also provided Eight LED visual screens measuring 5 meters by 3 meters. Four in the main hall and one in each of the four breakout rooms to project the video feed. Additionally, we provided an executive public Address sound system that consisted of 59 gooseneck table microphones for each country delegation and officials and 10 extra cordless microphones on standby.
All this was powered through an uninterrupted power solution, off the grid via a 150KVA mobile silent Generator. The final brief from the commonwealth tasked us also to provide; Professional Photography with instant delivery of photos in softcopy and aviling them to participants seamlessly via an online link. Creating daily trailer videos highlighting the activities of the day and a final Documentary Film of the entire 21st Commonwealth Conference of Education Ministers (CCEM).
