On September 20th, 2025, the team at Cotis Safaris led an unforgettable adventure for their clients: a sunrise hike and team-building session at the breathtaking Kilimambogo, Ol Donyo Sabuk National Park. We, at Mint Glint Audio Visuals, were privileged to be chosen as the official photographers to document this incredible journey from start to summit.
The Mission: More Than Just a Hike
The day began in the crisp morning air with a 5:45 AM meet-up at Citi Bank on Upper Hill Road Nairobi. As the participants gathered, full of anticipation, our photographers were already there, capturing the first moments of camaraderie. The convoy departed at 6:00 AM, picking up more adventurers along Thika Road before arriving at the foot of Kilimambogo by 8:00 AM.
By 8:30 AM, the hike was underway. Our role was to seamlessly blend into the experience, becoming a silent part of the team. We documented the determined ascent, the supportive hands during challenging stretches, and the sheer, unbridled joy as the group reached the summit. Against a backdrop of stunning vistas, Cotis Safaris facilitated team-building activities, and we captured every laugh, every high-five, and every moment of connection. The descent and the well-earned lunch at the picnic site were filled with shared stories and a palpable sense of achievement, all immortalized through our lenses.
